If your child is sick, they shouldn't stay in class—they should go to the school office and ask to be sent home. After you send your child home, you can call the school and let them know your child is sick and needs medication. Don't forget to also send a note from your doctor.
"No there is not really any emphasis on speaking to a child in a particular language. Every child is born with the innate ability of understanding and learning any language. I would prefer to say it depends on the parents to chose whatever language they feel is best for their child. The more languages one learns the easier it becomes to learn another languages. It also makes it easier for children to learn new words in whatever language you want them to learn. One can even sing a song in that language if the child understands music. Generally, i think its okay to speak bharnaashtrian, punjabi, gujarati and tamil languages to baby."
